Objectives

• The main objective of BLCC is to alleviate poverty from rural disadvantaged families especially females through providing them literacy, education and vocational training skills.
• Nourishing the habit of literacy promotion in rural communities by extending learning opportunities to those who are deprived of access to education.
• The main focus is to give a second chance of literacy, education and skills to the dropout, working, street, runaway children and their illiterate adult females.
• To extend credit/loans to individuals and groups/CBOs for the purpose of poverty alleviation, on such terms and conditions as may seem expedient and, in particular, where the same is desirable in the interest of the organization.
• To link community with available social safety nets both in the private and public sector for long term sustainable development.
