  • To select active members from the community and train them to run the community learning center.

  • To form an active and dynamic group, which may include head of the village council, influential persons, teachers, students, volunteers, retired public servants, farmers, religious leaders, businessmen and women.

  • To arrange meetings with the selected group and active members of the community.

  • To select a venue for activities of the community learning center. This venue can be selected from a number of existing premises such as Namberdar's residence, a school, mosque, union council office, or and abandoned factory.
