Bunyad a non Governmental, non political and non-profit NGO, registered in 1994, for improving the lives of rural families. Our programs focus on marginalized groups, especially rural women and children, to build social capital. To empower communities to improve their quality of life, themselves. The main thrust of Bunyad's programs has been literacy & education of rural women and children, moving on to other related interventions.

Taking measures to fight Poverty, with community partnership, by building their social capacity & involving them in local development. Empowering under-privileged, marginalized groups particularly rural women and children with Literacy, Education, Gender Justice, Employability and Economics to improve their standard of life and enhancing their capacity to be self dependent. Involving them in local development process, via multi-sectoral program's, for poverty alleviation. It aims to promote EFA (Education for All) and to encourage the ignored communities to join the mainstream of development.
